Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 July 2026
Routine Kids is built for children and their families, and privacy is a core part of the design. This policy explains, in plain language, what the app does and does not collect.
What we collect
The app collects anonymous, aggregate usage statistics only — for example, how many routines are completed — to understand how the app is used and improve it. This data is not linked to your identity, and is generated with a random installation identifier that contains no personal information.
What we do NOT collect
- No names, emails, accounts or logins.
- No advertising identifiers and no third-party ad or tracking SDKs.
- No access to contacts, photos (beyond images you optionally add to a routine, which stay on your device), location, or microphone.
Your child’s content stays on the device
Routines, child profiles, avatars, rewards and completion history are stored locally on your device. The app works fully offline.
Purchases
Subscriptions and the one-time Lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Purchases are protected by a parental gate.
Children’s privacy
The app follows Apple’s Kids Category guidelines: no behavioural advertising, no third-party analytics, and a parental gate before any purchase or external link.
